Welcome to our New Website

Safe Harbour has undergone a number of changes in the last few years, both in terms of the work that we do and the people that we support. In order to better reflect the ethos of the new service and to show the community that we have developed and grown as a service, we have agreed to change our name from 'The Phoenix Community Health Project: Safe Harbour Programme' to the much more simple and straight forward 'Safe Harbour'.

This has meant developing a new website to reflect our new name. We hope that the website is easy to use and that you find all the information that you need.
