Our waiting list for new referrals has closed as of Friday 16th August 2024. We will update the website when our referral list re-opens

To make a referral, please contact your GP.  For safeguarding and risk assessment purposes, please note that we only accept referrals from GPs.

At the moment, our waiting list will be 12-16 weeks, but you will receive a weekly call from one of our support workers during this time.
